Positive Crew is a diverse collective of talented riders, envisioned and created by the seasoned and charismatic British mountain bike athlete Phil Atwill.

Back in 2020, after ten years of DH race seasons with various pro teams, Phil felt like it was time to take a step forward and give himself the flexibility to help the riding community and work on exciting media projects while still racing World Cups.

Long story short, the Positive idea was born, and with the great support of Malcolm Finnie and Phil’s wife Kat, in the last few years Phil’s dream has evolved from helping young Greek talent to developing a globally recognised crew with strong media presence and always with a positive vibe.

The Positive Crew is now in a unique position to cover lots of different events internationally, generating more varied media coverage than a standard full-time World Cup team, and on a much more efficient budget.
